Global Blue Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at Global Blue, you will be responsible for delivering Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, budget, and in compliance with the company's processes. You will interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of TFS services.
Key Performance Indicators- Integration coverage
- Projects completed on time
- Projects delivered on budget
We are looking for a university graduate with 2+ years of experience in managing multinational projects with external stakeholders. You should have an IT educational background and experience working with virtual and distributed teams. Fluency in English is a must.
Desirable Skills- Independent and self-motivated personality
- Solid understanding of Point-of-sale related technology and transactional systems
- Experience with EFT payment standards, ISO 8583, PCI, EMV within the retail or credit card industry
