Role

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Sales team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services, as well as providing ad-hoc support during staff holidays. The role requires flexibility and a focus on team results, with the ability to see the wider picture and understand the impact of their position.

Responsibilities

  1. Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
  2. Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators.
  3. Observe, analyze current strategies, and develop new strategies with the leadership.
  4. Support Sales Teams operations required to implement organizational sales strategies (CRM input data, Revenue pricing rules, promotions, etc.).
  5. Cover day-to-day sales tasks when the team is on holidays or absent.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations.
  7. Draft rental agreement contracts.
  8. Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team.
  9. Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  10. Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  11. Conduct long-term and short-term goal settings for teams and individuals, and use data to measure performance and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance sales performance.

About You

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. 2 years minimum experience leading a team.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
  5. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  6. Experience managing customer communications and relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  7. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  8. Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus.
  9. Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Flexible, resilient, and happy with ambiguity and changes.
  13. Comfortable working in a startup environment.
