Job Summary
We're seeking an IT Field Services Engineer to join our team. As an IT Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for administering, testing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining infrastructure architectures, including all related information systems and their components.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level support for information system-related issues, including its relative subcomponents.
- Evaluate, test, and contribute to recommendations on information systems and their impact on existing system configurations.
- Research and resolve moderately to highly complex technical problems.
- Support Windows Client Administration, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, MS Active Directory, and MS Office 365.
- Support internal customers with technical questions and support issues.
- Focus on installation, relocation, or maintenance of hardware (primarily endpoints).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute office openings, moves, and closures.
About You
We're looking for someone with prior technical experience in a 24 x 7 IT environment, good communication skills, oral, written, and presentation, and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
