Role Overview: We are looking for an outstanding AMXL Operations Center Manager to join a pioneering team focused on developing innovative products and service capabilities that support Amazon's delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop metrics and performance dashboards to assess carrier performance and potential.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational issues.
  • Analyze and pinpoint potential business opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project and program requirements.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, presenting information professionally and concisely with supporting data.
  • Lead a team of data analysts to drive performance improvements.

About the AMXL Team: The Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) team specializes in the management of heavy items such as furniture and large home appliances. We oversee the entire service process, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns, providing an exceptional level of customer care.

Our service not only includes the delivery of large items but also encompasses unpacking, assembly, installation, and the removal of old items when necessary. With a strong emphasis on safety, productivity, and innovation, we are transforming the way customers purchase and receive large goods.

We have ambitious plans to expand our specialized fulfillment centers and delivery stations across various regions. While some roles may require night shifts, the majority of our workforce operates during the day.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program or project management.
  • Experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • History of delivering cross-functional projects successfully.
  • Background in supply chain management.
  • Ability to define program requirements and utilize data and metrics for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Proficiency in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries.
