Position Overview: As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while addressing technical inquiries related to telecom services.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing assistance to customers with technical questions regarding telecom services
  • Managing and updating customer accounts
  • Handling sensitive information with care
  • Delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
