Job Title: Regional Demand Planner
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Demand Planner to join our team at HARTMANN. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales forecasts, preparing demand plans, and supporting S&OP meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and demand plans.
- Collaborate with commercial organizations, finance, and operations to ensure market sales/demand are consistent and balanced with local supply.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g. forecast accuracy) and propose actions to improve performance.
- Ensure up-to-date 36-month forecasts are maintained in related systems.
- Partner with supply coordination and market organizations to monitor shelf life and obsolescence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate certificate in supply chain management.
- At least 5 years of related experience in supply chain management.
- Strong SAP knowledge, especially APO.
- Deep MS Office Knowledge.
- Digital mindset and knowledge in emerging digital technologies.
- Highly motivated, structured, and able to handle stressful situations.
- Strong in trouble shooting, problem solving, and high degree of proactivity.
- Results oriented.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
