Job Description

As a Territory Field Sales Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in managing and developing retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through active selling and the implementation of agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Planning and Execution

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of defined KPI targets, including store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, and Perfect Store standards.

Promotional Execution and Activation

Ensure that desired promotions are in place and running from the first day, driving sales and brand awareness.

Store Universe Coverage and Development

Define the relevant universe that should be covered by the sales team and enable them to develop the store universe through active selling, the implementation of the Perfect Store Concept, and the rotating coverage model to WvsC.

Field Tools and Data Management

Ensure that the sales team has all relevant information to perform their function, and that all relevant Field Sales Tools are being correctly used. Collate feedback on all gaps that current tools do not fill and ensure correct input of audit data by the team.

Team Management and Development

Ensure that the sales team understands their individual job roles and are carrying them out in line with agreed working practices. Constantly measure and review the team's performance against KPI targets for the territory, providing regular and constructive feedback and effectively managing poor performance.

Coaching and Development

Train and develop the team so that each team member's contribution and potential is maximised through the global Field Sales Training Curriculum and alignment with the National Trainer manager. Regularly coach the team in the field with joint store visits and ensure the team follows regular check-in intervals.

Relationship Building and Communication

Establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment that encourages a positive attitude, team interaction, and creativity. Interface with other departments within the company, acting as the communication point for the sales team within the defined territory, and foster strong inter-department relationships by working in an internally wired way.

Travel Requirement: 60-70%
