Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all requirements of F&B Culinary Administration to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the culinary team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  2. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the culinary team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, take minutes, and distribute relevant information to stakeholders.
  5. Staff Support: Provide administrative support to culinary staff, including handling attendance, leave entitlements, and staff training and development.
  6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and kitchen health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in a 5-star hotel.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations and ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
