About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our Customer Insights team in Barcelona. As a UX Researcher, Subscriptions, you will play a critical role in understanding our customers' needs and preferences, and in delivering exceptional user experiences for our Consumer audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with UX Architects and Designers to define outstanding end-to-end user experiences for our Consumer audiences.
- Contribute to overall product direction in collaboration with other functional area leads by delivering actionable evaluations of proposed and current UX solutions.
- Play an integral role in centralizing and organizing user insights in a knowledge repository.
- Report on current projects and use of resources.
- Coordinate testing with third-parties and internal teams.
- Demonstrate all product-related UX documentation with sound and clearly communicated rationale.
- Take part in research and insight communication across a multidisciplinary team throughout each phase of a project.
- Stay informed with UX research trends and techniques, and proactively pursue knowledge for professional development.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on how UX can best achieve business goals supporting UX strategy and overall best practices for user experience.
- Facilitate hands-on problem solving sessions, events and workshops with cross functional teams.
- Supply in-depth research reports that help with decision making.
- Assist in the development and tracking of product behavioral and attitudinal performance measures.
- Answer questions on product experience, including behaviors, pain points, ideas for improvement.
