POSITION DETAILS:
• Host: A prestigious 5-Star Hotel by Millennium Hotels & Resorts
• Location: Phuket, Thailand
• Department: Food & Beverage
• Program: Hospitality & Business Internship
• Duration: Several months
• Intake: Ongoing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcome guests and respond to inquiries regarding menu selections
• Process food and beverage orders from patrons
• Serve meals and drinks to guests at various locations
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including dining tables and service counters
• Prepare tables or food trays for incoming guests
• Learn and apply proper drink-mixing techniques and cocktail recipes
• Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring and ordering
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Engage with customers, take orders, and deliver friendly service
• Contribute to the creation and revision of beverage menus, suggesting new cocktails and specials
