About the Role

This exciting internship opportunity provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Hong Kong. As a Housekeeping Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, adhering to hotel standards and schedules.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling complaints and requests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards.

Requirements:

  • You must be an enrolled student or graduate at a college or university.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • You should have conversational English skills.

Salary: HKD 18,000 - 20,000 per month (dependent on qualifications and experience).
