Key Responsibilities:- Property Management: Oversee the operations and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they are always in perfect condition. Establish and maintain standards, goals, objectives, and priorities to ensure the portfolio is well-managed.
- Asset Budgeting: Monitor and manage the annual asset budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintenance Planning: Plan, follow, and manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the buildings, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Supplier Selection and Contracting: Support the selection and procurement process of contractors providing services at our assets, ensuring compliance with VGP's policies and procedures.
- Property Inspections: Conduct routine, minimum fortnightly/monthly property inspections and monthly reporting to ensure the properties are well-maintained.
- Document Management: Manage shared documents and folders related to property management.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Negotiation and Networking: Talent in negotiations and networking to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contract Management: In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Soft Skills: Management skills, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Attributes: Problem-solving, planning, organizing, and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues, good communication and interpersonal skills, and competencies in interpersonal abilities, planning and organizing, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
