Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the property management team, managing the portfolio strategy, and overseeing lease contract conditions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the property management team to ensure effective technical and financial management of the portfolio
  • Managing the portfolio strategy within the tenant's framework
  • Overseeing lease contract conditions, including security deposits, indexation, and service charges reconciliation
  • Preparing and executing the annual budget, maintenance forecast, and major works
  • Coordinating and supervising the execution of Capex and Opex budgets and forecasts
  • Regularly reporting on the situation of Opex and Capex execution
  • Coordinating and managing tenders, purchase orders, design and construction contracts, interventions, and proceedings related to fluids, consumptions, regular and occasional controls, maintenance, and repairs
  • Conducting regular site visits and attending tenant meetings as necessary
