Account Management Opportunity

Vestas is seeking a skilled Global Service Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Service Commercial & Products department, you will be responsible for managing customers that are critical to our Service Business.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders within assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and plans at a global level, adapting to specific market needs in collaboration with regional sales teams.
  • Collect and maintain essential customer intelligence to inform account strategies, service product development, and Vestas' overall strategy.
  • Coordinate company resources to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Oversee the preparation of offers and strategic partnerships in response to global tenders and requests for proposals.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers to ensure high satisfaction, identify opportunities, and secure necessary resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Development, or Engineering (MBA-level education beneficial).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management roles within the renewables industry (wind preferred).
  • Proficient in English.
