Export Sales Specialist

As a key member of the Cerdá Group's expansion team, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Export Sales professional to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Manager of the Export Sales Area, your primary objective will be to expand and maintain a portfolio of clients in assigned regions, markets, and products (primarily Northern Europe and Baltic countries). To achieve this, you will need to establish strong relationships with various departments and areas within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and capture new potential clients through calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and grow the existing client portfolio.
- Meet daily KPIs and report to the team through our CRM, Hubspot.
- Manage leads provided by the Acquisition Area (Outbound and Inbound).
- Conduct product demos remotely with potential clients.
- Negotiate and close commercial offers through email and follow-up calls.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Attend trade shows and events.
- Organize and manage client visits.
- A dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a strong desire for growth and improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Autonomy and self-motivation to work in a challenging and demanding company with international projection.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with advanced knowledge of Office, Excel, and HubSpot Sales or other CRM systems.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2-C1).
