Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Specialist to join our team at Next-link and support our global content platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, approving, storing, and sharing promotional and medical content while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Content Management: Oversee the storage, approval, and distribution of promotional and medical content within our global content creation and utilization model.
  2. Platform Support: Provide technical assistance and support for our content management platforms, including user management, task management, and support ticket resolution.
  3. Data Management: Run service reports, follow up on metrics, and ensure data quality and integrity.
  4. Incident Management: Handle incidents related to the content approval process, organize and process data, and report on incident trends.
  5. User Onboarding: Verify user registration information, ensure accurate data entry, and follow proper procedures for onboarding new users.
  6. Data Remediation: Perform data remediation tasks within the platform to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
  1. Availability to work from Monday to Friday in the US time zone.
  2. Fluent English.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Certificate of Higher Education (Professional Formation) or Bachelor's Degree.
  5. Strong understanding of content management principles and practices.
  6. Familiarity with content creation and approval workflows.
  7. Experience with content management systems.
  8. Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure agile and good quality of task management.
  9. Familiar with databases and data entry.
  10. Proficiency in reporting.
  11. Effective verbal and written communication skills when providing assistance to employees or preparing reports.
  12. Soft Skills: Problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from data, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, responsible and meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency, computer skills – should be comfortable accessing information and using programs on one or more operating systems, proficiency in relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Prior experience in a company with highly regulated environments.
  2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  3. Prior experience in software development.
  4. Prior experience with the ServiceNow ticketing tool and as an admin.
