- Manage the release schedule and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that releases are properly planned and communicated, meeting business objectives.
- Identify and manage environment-related risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team and end-users on environment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on services.
Requirements:
- Experience in release and environment management across complex multi-function and multi-geographic deployments.
- Good planning and technical skills, with a strong ability to run meetings and manage multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and understanding of quality and audit requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Understanding of D365 or other large-scale ERP applications is a plus, but not essential.
