Job Description

As a seasoned IT Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of a high-profile team of business analysts, solution architects, and developers working on key applications and strategic projects.

You will be the primary point of contact for key applications, responsible for managing and coordinating releases, defining and planning sprints, coordinating and managing communications with the community, analyzing and prioritizing business requirements, translating them into solution requirements, and ensuring their implementation at the highest quality level throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and coordinate release plans (in alignment with other related applications)
  • Point of contact for developers and regular alignment meetings with supplier project manager
  • Organize and moderate steering committee meetings
  • Coordinate and plan various environments (Prod, UAT, SIT, etc.) activities (e.g. deployments, communications, outages, disaster recoveries, certificate renewals)
  • Support audit controls and administration tasks for several tools
  • Responsible for various system documentation
  • Plan, conduct/facilitate elicitation sessions for business requirements gathering with subject matter experts and end users
  • Produce requirement specifications and outlines solution design documents throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope definition, and development of a high-level schedule
  • Support data mapping, transformation, and aggregation to prepare data for tool integrations to ensure consistent flow of data from source systems to target systems
  • Participate in the development of test plans, testing, implementation, and training activities
  • Participate in production support & maintenance activities associated with core International Programs platforms and applications
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Project Manager and Business Analyst, ideally in international projects with a clear solution and delivery mindset
  • Sound knowledge of the industry; ideally, Commercial Insurance is an advantage
  • Sound experience in capturing complex business and data requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into easily understandable functional requirements
  • Competence and experience in conceptualizing solutions, with in-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skills
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment, feeling comfortable in complex international project setups, and able to work under pressure in a multi-vendor and multi-cultural setup
  • Experience in application testing and supporting/organizing user acceptance testing
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, preferably in IT, business information, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst
  • Balanced mix of business acumen as well as affinity to technologies, interfaces, systems, and data and its structures
  • Advanced English language skills
