Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for supervising allocated projects, supervising Senior Lead QA Testers, Lead QA Testers, and QA Testers, and providing feedback and liaison with Functional & Compliance QA, Producers, Developers, & other External Departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise allocated projects
  • Supervise Senior Lead QA Testers, Lead QA Testers, and QA Testers
  • Feedback & liaison with Functional & Compliance QA, Producers, Developers, & other External Departments
  • Liaison with Platform Holders to ensure guidelines & standards compliance
  • Joint sign-off of development milestones & managing the submission process
  • Manage bug reports, bug database, & QA reports
  • Manage department on a day-to-day basis
  • Performance appraisals of direct reports
  • Raising disciplinary issues as appropriate
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, internally & externally
  • Management skills to include: successfully handling ambiguity, flexibility & understanding of the development process, and maintaining good relations with producers & developers
