Key Responsibilities- Process Management: Collaborate with the Reward CoE to develop and maintain well-defined processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Training and Awareness: Manage training and awareness programs for PSC team members on process updates and policy changes.
- Policy Development: Work with the Reward CoE to create, adopt, and publish policies, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Annual Year-End Support: Participate in the annual year-end process for merit, bonus, and long-term incentive (LTI) cycles.
- Global Mobility: Be operationally responsible for mobility processes, including building and maintaining processes, supporting business cases, and enhancing employee experience.
- Global Compensation Strategy: Contribute to the global assessment of compensation business processes in Workday and work with HRIS/ADMS to ensure Galderma manages global pay elements in Workday, aligning with relevant pay groups.
- Equity-Based Compensation: Ensure accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld for individual employees and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Payroll Integration: Work closely with payroll providers and PSC teams to ensure equity-related data is properly synchronized with payroll systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Genpact teams to ensure high-quality results and solutions are maintained, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Strong HR Operations Background: Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on total rewards.
- Process Management Expertise
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate, engage, and influence others in a matrix organization.
- Workday Experience: Ideally, experience in Workday, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
