Job Title: People Solutions Centre - Global Process Expert - Reward

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a unique legacy and decades of innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Expert - Reward to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role

This is a key position that will partner with the Reward Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the effective implementation of compensation, benefits, and global mobility policies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Reward team to develop and maintain processes, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain processes and policies for compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
  • Partner with the Reward CoE to ensure seamless implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Manage training and awareness programs for PSC team members on process updates and policy changes.
  • Support the Annual Year-end process for Merit, Bonus, and Long-Term Incentives.
  • Be operationally responsible for Mobility, building and maintaining processes, and supporting business cases and employee experiences.
  • Contribute to the Global Compensation strategy and assess compensation business processes in Workday.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld for individual employees and regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Partner with Genpact to ensure high-quality results and solutions are maintained and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Strong background in HR Operations and Total Rewards.
  • Effective experience in process management and mapping.
  • Ability to operate and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Ideal experience in Workday.
  • Ability to communicate, engage, and influence others.
