We are seeking a skilled Integration Consultant to collaborate with our dynamic team.

Experience with Boomi or Hana Cloud Integration (SCPI) is highly valued.

Database management, JAVA, and knowledge of Web Technologies (specifically JavaScript, Groovy, HTML5 standards) are desirable.

Knowledge of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Obtain knowledge of technologies such as Boomi & SCPI & PtP (ECP)

• Onboard new customers

• Participate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issues

• Share estimates and planning of the work with customers

• Adapt and parameterize the technical solution for the requirements provided

• Resolve issues within SLAs and with high levels of customer satisfaction

• Monitor processes to ensure 100% ratio of successful transactions

• Implement new solutions (Interfaces)

• Perform unit tests and system integration tests

• Support clients on the functioning of the interface

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Ensure proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test, and Production)

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of the interfaces

• Collaborate with other Alight teams to deliver customer-related activities

• Customer micro-management activities (Priorities, Release, SFTP, CR's, Meetings...)

• Identify risks or potential issues for customers and inform the right people (ITCAM, TL)

• Communicate with Team Leads (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informational...)

Requirements:

• Information Technology Certificate of Higher Education

• English level: Professional level competency

• Good written and oral communication and presentation skills

• Strong organizational/time management and negotiation skills

• Experience having worked as part of a virtual team

• Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player

• A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction

• Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment

• Excellent analytical skills

• Stakeholder management experience and expertise

Highly Desirable:

• Information Technology Bachelor's degree

• Significant experience of managing multiple projects (preferably involving Cloud-based solutions)

• Boomi knowledge and experience

• SCPI knowledge and experience

• Prior experience as an HR generalist or technical role

• Any other European language
