Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated success in problem identification, breakdown, and estimation.
  • Provide essential support to the team to resolve issues in Design, Architecture, Development, and Continuous Integration.
  • Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as necessary.
  • Manage iteration/sprint planning meetings to protect the team from over-commitment and scope creep, assisting in estimation and task creation.
  • Participate in sprint reviews, capturing valuable feedback.
  • Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and actionable items for future sprints.
  • Oversee scrum board administration, ensuring that cards are current and that the scrum tool functions effectively.
  • Hold one-on-one meetings with team members and stakeholders as needed to address process and work style disagreements.
  • Offer internal consulting to team members and stakeholders on effective collaboration with the scrum team.
  • Regularly analyze burndown charts and other planning tools to track progress and cadence.
  • Assist the team by removing external obstacles and managing internal challenges through process enhancements.
