À propos de ce poste :

Nous recherchons un Product Manager Sénior pour rejoindre notre équipe Offre de Contenu à Madrid, Espagne. Ce rôle implique de diriger le développement de notre plateforme de syndication de contenu, en alignant les initiatives produit avec les objectifs commerciaux. Le poste jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion de types d'offres variés, y compris les cartes-cadeaux, les bons, les offres et les remises, garantissant que nos solutions restent à la pointe de la technologie et des exigences du marché.

Responsabilités :

Diriger la vision et la stratégie pour la plateforme de syndication de contenu, en alignant les initiatives produit avec les objectifs commerciaux. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités qui améliorent les capacités d'automatisation et l'expérience utilisateur. Identifier les opportunités de marché grâce à une analyse rigoureuse des tendances sectorielles et des retours utilisateurs pour améliorer continuellement nos offres de produits. Organiser et prioriser les éléments du backlog produit, garantissant la livraison en temps voulu des développements qui maximisent la valeur. Développer des approches basées sur les données pour mesurer l'efficacité des nouvelles fonctionnalités et itérer en fonction des indicateurs de performance. Surveiller les avancées technologiques et les changements réglementaires qui pourraient impacter la feuille de route produit ou la conformité opérationnelle. Façonner le leadership d'opinion de l'entreprise en matière de syndication de contenu en participant à des ateliers et à d'autres forums pertinents.

Points bonus si vous :

Avez de l'expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de contenu et leur application dans la technologie de syndication de contenu. Possédez une expérience préalable dans le secteur du commerce électronique ou du marketing numérique, en particulier avec des services de bons ou de remises.

Votre profil :

Expérience avérée en tant que Product Manager ou dans un rôle similaire dans le développement de produits axés sur la technologie, en particulier dans les systèmes de gestion de contenu et l'automatisation. Solides compétences analytiques avec un historique de mise en œuvre de fonctionnalités réussies basées sur les données utilisateurs et de marché. Excellentes compétences en leadership et en communication, capable de travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et d'influencer la direction supérieure. Connaissances techniques avec une compréhension du développement logiciel et des technologies web. Expérience dans les méthodologies agiles et les pratiques d'intégration/livraison continues. Capacités de résolution de problèmes et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et tâches simultanément. Maîtrise de l'anglais requise ; d'autres langues sont un plus.

Compétences techniques :

Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données (par exemple, SQL, Python) Familiarité avec les frameworks et API de gestion de contenu

Compétences interpersonnelles :

Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe. Excellentes capacités de communication et d'engagement des parties prenantes. Penseur innovant avec une passion pour les solutions axées sur la technologie.
