About the Role

The SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is a cutting-edge technology platform that integrates data and analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, automation, and integration into a unified environment. As a key component of SAP's portfolio, BTP plays a critical role in helping customers innovate and grow with SAP. In the EMEA region alone, BTP represents a significant 1 billion Euro business, supporting over 8,000 customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and advisory services to implementation leaders in assigned accounts to ensure successful activation and adoption of the SAP BTP portfolio.
  • Proactively partner with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services and coordinate activities with the Account team.
  • Act as the primary SAP BTP point of contact, driving alignment across SAP and customer resources.
  • Analyze customer technical needs and execute activation plans for assigned customers.
  • Instruct and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution, aligning with their project goals, SAP strategy, and roadmap.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Product Management groups, Support, Services, Partners, etc.

Requirements

  • Hold a broad understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world.
  • Have professional knowledge of cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
  • Be able to understand and consult on solution architectures.
  • Partner with customers to help them articulate goals and get started.
  • Excel in this role with strong communication, analytical, presentation, and account management skills.
  • Host and manage digital events with a broad international and multicultural audience.
  • Display a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
