The Nippon Telegraph And Telephone Corporation (NTT) is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for pursuing and landing qualified leads, identifying new opportunities, and presenting Data Centre solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Domain Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Data Centre technology and solutions to support sales efforts.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to close Data Centre sales deals based on your technical expertise.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business goals and articulate solutions that meet their needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and act on new sales opportunities within an account and work with the sales teams to drive them to closure.
- Lead Pursuit: Pursue and land qualified leads identified by the client managers and other lead generation sources.
- Sales Strategy: Execute on the sales strategy and support the wider territory sales plan, defining your own plan for the solution to ensure that sales target is achieved.
- Account Planning: Develop and maintain clear account plans for appropriate clients and targets.
- Risk Identification: Identify, assess, and highlight client risks that could prove detrimental to the client's organization and credibility.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure the scope of work and proposals are tracked and managed.
- Sales Methodologies: Use sales methodologies and tools such as opportunity plans, and account plans to drive the sales process.
- Seasoned Sales Experience: Seasoned demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals.
- Customer Relationships: Seasoned in developing and encouraging meaningful customer relationships up to senior leadership level.
- Sales Presentations: Seasoned proficiency in delivering engaging sales presentations.
- Team Selling: Seasoned proficiency in team selling approach.
- Competitive Knowledge: Seasoned knowledge of competitors and ability to apply competing successful sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Ability to define sales strategy coupled with seasoned sales solution capabilities.
- Client-Centric Approach: Client-centric approach with ability to understand customer problems and find best-fit solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexible to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines.
- Negotiation Skills: Seasoned negotiation abilities to craft solutions that are beneficial to customers, partners, and organization overall.
- Sales Forecasting: Close attention to maintaining up to date, accurate sales forecast and close plans.
- Business Acumen: Seasoned business acumen.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology/systems or sales or a related field.
- Certifications: SPIN and / or Solution Selling certification(s) preferred.
- Relevant Certifications: Relevant technology and vendor certification(s) preferred.
