Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing European operation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activity and delivering an outstanding customer experience for our discerning member base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and make sales inquiries by phone, electronically, or in person, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members.
  • Answer simultaneous customer enquiries promptly, competently, and professionally, ensuring that all queries are resolved to the highest standard.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations on our luxury holiday packages, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience.
  • Provide our members with full package upgrade options, ensuring that their luxury holiday exceeds their expectations.
  • Ensure daily prompt follow-up and ownership of customer sales enquiries, ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints where applicable and within specified time frames, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • Personable, approachable, and professional, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Background in phone-based sales, with experience in the travel industry highly regarded.
  • Used to dealing with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and thriving in a competitive environment.
  • Flexible with your availability, with a willingness to work weekends and evenings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer sales.
  • Driven to succeed, with a desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
