About the Role

This position is with ABB, a leading industrial automation company and a member of Mygwork, the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

Please note that this role reports to the Sales Manager Instrumentation and is part of the Process Automation business line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer technical advice and solutions to customers, channels, and Sales Specialists on ABB products, systems, and applications.
  • Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve specific customer problems, ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled in working with instrumentation products in the Water, Energy, Chemical, O&G markets.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support and direct contact with customers, as well as working with Instrumentation such as Flowmeters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, and Level Transmitters.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Sales force, SAP, and Office.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and have an analytical thinking and communicative approach.
  • Precise and well-organized work style.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical degree, or similar.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Current work permit valid in Spain.
