Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our Detection Product Support team, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical support to our sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our sales teams and customers, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and resources to successfully implement our fire protection solutions.
  2. Training and Development: Conduct presentations and technical training sessions in person and online, educating customers and sales teams on the latest fire protection solutions and system components.
  3. Product Expertise: Provide expert advice on the selection of fire protection solutions and system components, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, create offers, and process orders for projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  5. Documentation and Support: Provide technical documentation and support to customers, addressing technical questions and providing assistance with commissioning.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in electronics engineering, energy systems electronics engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning electrical systems, with a strong understanding of fire alarm and extinguishing control systems.
  3. Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office package, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented personality.
  4. Language: Fluency in English, with German and other European languages a plus.
