We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Brainlab Ltd. As a key member of our technical customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and leveraging your extensive technical knowledge to achieve this goal.

As a service professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their equipment is installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards. You will also provide professional technical assistance to clinical staff, working closely with them to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

You will be working independently from your home office, providing technical support and services to our customers across the globe. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install new Brainlab devices and software in hospitals, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Upgrade and Repair: Install software and hardware upgrades, perform maintenance and inspection of systems/devices, and repair systems/devices as needed.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide independent troubleshooting and technical support to customers, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, including documentation and reporting.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain excellent communication with customers, providing regular updates on open requests and delivering high-level customer service.
