About Talent Link

Talent Link is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Logistics and Purchasing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in managing purchasing and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including tracking payments and invoices, to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  2. Negotiations and Supplier Management: Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing and payment terms, fostering strong relationships and driving cost savings.
  3. Purchasing and Logistics Coordination: Coordinate purchasing activities, including supplier selection, placing orders, and tracking deliveries, to ensure efficient inventory management and timely product delivery.
  4. Logistical Process Optimization: Optimize logistical processes to streamline inventory management, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure procurement needs are met, driving business growth and success.
  6. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports and performance indicators related to purchasing and logistics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  7. Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics management processes and systems, driving innovation and excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, logistics, or a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent English level.
  3. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer tools and software for accounting and purchasing management.
  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
