About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Setesca. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
- Demand Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust purchasing and production plans accordingly.
- Inventory Control: Implement and monitor inventory systems to ensure optimal stock levels, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Shipment Coordination: Coordinate the movement of goods from collection to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, finance, and purchasing teams to align supply chain activities with company objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in planning meetings to provide insights on supply capacity and operational constraints.
- Process Monitoring: Oversee all phases of the shipping process to ensure efficiency and timeliness.

Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Language: Advanced level of English is required.
