  • Lead the architecture and design of new features and functionalities while ensuring the integration of best practices in coding and security.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within the full stack development team.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to coding tasks to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure team adherence to software quality standards and timelines.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to align technological solutions with business goals.
  • Support professional development of team members through mentoring, coaching, and facilitating continuous learning and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in software development.
  • 2 years in a leadership or managerial role managing full stack development teams.
  • Expertise in modern software development practices and tools, including Agile methodologies.
  • Backend Development proficiency: C#,.NET Core, and REST API creation.
  • Database knowledge: SQL and noSQL databases; adept with EntityFramework.
  • Devops and Cloud experience: Azure Kubernetes, microservices, Azure cloud infrastructure, and implementing DevOps best practices.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid work permit in the EU.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with IoT devices and hardware integration.
