About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Consultant to join our team at Wunderman Thompson MAP. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with operations and product teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client success.
  • Drive Adoption of Catalyst Tools: Leverage your technical expertise to configure efficient and tailored end-to-end client experiences.
  • Streamline Client Operations: Configure and implement customized business rules and automations to optimize client workflows.
  • Bring Product Visions to Life: Configure and implement new features according to provided specifications and designs.
  • Ensure Quality and Reliability: Rigorously test configurations and newly developed features to ensure high-quality implementations.
  • Proactively Identify and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collect Business Requirements: Engage with marketers to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
  • Utilize Data Management Tools: Build data audiences and manage segments while understanding their quality and integrity.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize the Catalyst platform and its features.
About You

We are looking for a team player with a deep understanding of marketing operations and customer journey expertise. You should have experience with advanced marketing automation setups, customer journey crafting, and data management. Strong JavaScript programming skills and experience developing client-specific solutions within a marketing automation platform are also essential.
