Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing application support consultancy, managing tickets, generating high-quality code, and operating system tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level advice and guidance on SAP HCM application support
- Manage and resolve complex tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Develop and maintain high-quality, easy-to-maintain code and customizations, adhering to Alight Solutions' best practices
- Conduct thorough system tests, using provided or self-generated test data, to ensure applications meet agreed specifications
- Produce comprehensive technical and functional documentation on issues handled
- Manage personal priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and regular progress reports are provided to the Team Manager
- Maintain effective internal and external communication channels, communicating status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues
- Develop in-depth understanding of HR general flows and SAP HR architecture
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
- Fluent in French, with English as a plus
- High-level knowledge of French payroll and SAP PY solution
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance
- Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resource
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and consistently achieve quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality of information
