About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Consultant to join our team at Pagero Group. As an Application Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering technical solutions to our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical expert in implementing and configuring our solutions
  • Manage and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Higher technical education or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT applications, systems, and technologies
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support
  • Previous experience with e-document flows, SaaS, or ERP systems
  • Additional language skills in Italian, Portuguese, French, or German
