Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with developers and product managers to configure and operate a set of products within our product suite.
- Communicate and consult client service teams on configuration solutions across the product suite.
- Configure client business rules and product features based on specifications and design.
- Test configuration and newly developed features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Identify optimization possibilities.

What We're Looking For- As a person, you are analytical and find energy in deep diving and exploring details. You are proactive and detail-oriented and with your logical and structured mindset, you find it easy to adapt to new software.
- You can communicate ideas and technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are proactive, a sociable team player, and strong in building and maintaining relations.
- You have experience with technical skills, including configuring and operating a set of products within a platform.
- You have 1 year of experience coding JavaScript and/or Umbraco.
- You have knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- You have the ability to work in a multi-functional team and collaborate with internal teams.
- Working experience with SQL and XML would be considered a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills, and highly proficient in the English language.
