Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and developing successful pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Consultant Role: Act as a reliable consultant with partners to onboard and help develop successful PPC campaigns.
  2. Needs Assessment: Identify and assess accurately our partners' needs and goals.
  3. Campaign Optimization: Create opportunities for maximizing spend, upsell & sustainability.
  4. Client Management: Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls.
  5. Portfolio Management: Manage and engage proactively by phone our large portfolio of prospective partners on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Native in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  2. Education: Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree in the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications will be considered as a strong advantage).
  3. Experience: 1 - 2 years' experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  4. Soft Skills: Willingness to go above and beyond in terms of productivity, readiness, sustainability, task points, compliance & customer satisfaction KPIs.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills to pitch through the phone and deliver compelling proposals.
  6. Time Management: Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to plan out efficiently and independently your day.
  7. Analytical Skills: Solid analytical skills.
