Marketing Coordinator

Luxury Escapes is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing daily marketing campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and design daily newsletters, including building, scheduling, and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Program and manage targeted campaigns, including design, curating, and scheduling of communications.
- Create targeted lists for campaigns based on customer behavior and past engagement through Big Query SQL query.
- Analyze and compare offers to ensure competitive pricing and value before promotion across campaigns and website.
- Design and develop themed landing pages that align with campaign strategies of targeted sends and inspiration banners, including the creation of unique promo codes as needed.
- Review and assess the performance of previous campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp) and campaign management.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand quality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations.
