Job Title: Product Manager for Merchant Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager for Merchant Experience to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and launching new & cutting-edge solutions for our merchant clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a Strategic Product Roadmap: Create a comprehensive product roadmap to enhance and support the end-to-end merchant experience within the PayRetailers ecosystem.
  2. Merchant Onboarding: Develop end-to-end processes for merchant onboarding, including risk and compliance requirements.
  3. Merchant Portal: Design and implement user flows and experience for the merchant portal, including administration capabilities.
  4. Value-Added Capabilities: Develop value-added capabilities within the merchant environment, including API integration methods, analytics, and ad-hoc client requests.
  5. Support Sales and Account Management: Collaborate with sales and account management functions to provide best practice product integration methods to prospective clients.
  6. Technical Integration: Work closely with technical integration teams to drive effective use of technology to solve merchants and business needs.
  7. Certification and Go-Live Support: Coordinate with technical integration teams to certify merchant product integrations and provide go-live support.
  8. Performance Measurement: Measure and track the performance of merchant onboarding and integration processes, value-added services, and use of the merchant portal and administrative tools to provide continuous KPI improvements and optimization.
  9. Project Management: Manage multiple projects and/or lead specific projects to implement solutions to problems or seize market opportunities.
  10. Business Process Research: Research and track business processes and be able to identify upstream and downstream impacts.
  11. Resource Planning: Oversee the process of resource planning and scheduling, developing project plans, monitoring progress against planned objectives, and reviewing the financial or operational impact of projects.
  12. Issue Management: Manage, define, and prioritize the issues that are related to defects or bugs, including providing key input on the decisions to fix or defer.
