Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team as Head of Product Merchant Experience. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic product roadmaps to enhance and support the end-to-end merchant experience within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic Product Roadmap

Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to improve and support the merchant experience, including:

  1. Merchant Onboarding Process

Design and implement efficient merchant onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

Merchant Portal User Experience

Enhance the merchant portal user experience, including user flows and administration capabilities.

Value-Add Capabilities

Develop and implement value-add capabilities within the merchant environment, including API integration methods, analytics, and ad-hoc client requests.

Support Sales and Account Management

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide best practice product integration methods to prospective clients.

Drive Effective Use of Technology

Work closely with sales, account management, and technical integration teams to drive effective use of technology to solve merchant and business needs.

Certify Merchant Product Integrations

Coordinate with technical integration teams to certify merchant product integrations and provide go-live support.

Measure and Track Performance

Monitor and track the performance of merchant onboarding and integration processes, value-add services, and use of the merchant portal and administrative tools to provide continuous KPI improvements and optimization.

Work with Development Teams

Collaborate with development scrum teams to execute on the product roadmap and strategic vision.

Improve Application Function and Design

Work with IT to continually improve application function and design.

Manage Escalations

Manage escalations, which may require additional research and knowledge.

Manage Multiple Projects

Manage multiple projects and/or lead specific projects to implement solutions to problems or seize market opportunities.

Research and Track Business Processes

Research and track business processes and identify upstream and downstream impacts.

Oversee Resource Planning and Scheduling

Oversee the process of resource planning and scheduling, developing project plans, monitoring progress against planned objectives, and reviewing the financial or operational impact of projects.

Manage Defects and Bugs

Manage, define, and prioritize issues related to defects or bugs, including providing key input on decisions to fix or defer.
