Job Overview:

Main Objectives:

Collaborate with the Sales Director to establish and execute guidelines for critical strategic B2B processes in Spain and Portugal, aimed at enhancing the performance of the Vans & Trucks sector.

Responsible for driving the commercial growth of the Vans & Trucks business.

Maximize revenue growth for the Vans & Trucks division by ensuring that B2B revenue targets are achieved at the country level.

Provide expertise in B2B Vans & Trucks across the Iberian Cluster by mentoring, developing sales initiatives, and supporting the implementation of key deliverables to attain high sales levels.

Ensure ongoing development and alignment of both new and existing Vans & Trucks products.

Collaborate with Service Lines and Business Units to expedite the Go to Market strategy.

Engage cross-functionally with Fleet, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance, and RCM teams.


Requirements:

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Extensive experience in the Van and Truck (rental/OEM) sector, particularly focusing on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).

Strong emphasis on sales and customer acquisition.

Background in product development and alignment is preferred.

Education:

A university degree in business administration, sales/marketing, or a related field within the services or automotive industry.

Languages:

Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory), with Portuguese as an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
