Position Overview: Seasonal Customer Support

The Seasonal Customer Support Agent plays a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and assisting with operational tasks to guarantee a smooth experience for families and educational institutions. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, managing unprocessed orders, and overseeing special requests. You will collaborate closely with three departments: Editing, Account Management, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Support Agent, your primary duties will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Offer assistance to families and educational institutions through various customer service channels.
  • Order Support: Help customers with their photo orders and provide immediate assistance.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure timely ticket closure.
  • Data Management: Update customer information, request details, gallery specifics, and shipping statuses.
  • Gallery Coordination: Prepare and activate galleries, manage communications, and oversee printing processes.
  • Digital Image Distribution: Prepare and deliver digital images to educational institutions (e.g., yearbook photos, staff portraits, class pictures, graduate portraits).

This role requires a commitment of approximately 30 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours during peak seasons. This is a remote position, necessitating a dependable work setup without power interruptions. You will be an integral part of our team with the opportunity for a yearly contract.
