Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Seasonal Customer Support Agent, your primary duties will include:
- Customer Engagement: Offer assistance to families and educational institutions through various customer service channels.
- Order Support: Help customers with their photo orders and provide immediate assistance.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure timely ticket closure.
- Data Management: Update customer information, request details, gallery specifics, and shipping statuses.
- Gallery Coordination: Prepare and activate galleries, manage communications, and oversee printing processes.
- Digital Image Distribution: Prepare and deliver digital images to educational institutions (e.g., yearbook photos, staff portraits, class pictures, graduate portraits).

About The Missing Sock
This role requires a commitment of approximately 30 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours during peak seasons. This is a remote position, necessitating a dependable work setup without power interruptions. You will be an integral part of our team with the opportunity for a yearly contract.
