Job Title: Greek Language Risk Specialist

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Greek language risk specialist to join our team. As a risk specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our users and their customers from various risks associated with navigating the world of payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and validate information provided by merchants to ensure accuracy and compliance with our clients' guidelines.
  • Perform checks in internal and external databases to verify information and confirm supportability of merchants.
  • Identify and document inaccuracies that raise red flags and require intervention and follow-up with merchants.
  • Investigate and compare items sold on merchants' websites to information provided on product descriptions, merchant industries, and charges.
  • Ensure that merchants' businesses comply with our clients' guidelines and do not violate any rules.
Requirements:
  • Native level of Greek language.
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
  • Experience with internet and social media research, as demonstrated by at least 1 year of experience with computers.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and meticulous, noticing when information from multiple sources do not match up.
  • Capacity for showing empathy and understanding the impact of decisions on merchants and their customers.
  • Efficiency working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable making decisions based on incomplete or ambiguous information.
