Your Role:
- As a key contributor, you will offer technical guidance in the design and deployment of secure Microsoft 365 security services, including cloud-based solutions.
- You will lead the implementation, innovation, and ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity measures within Siemens Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current security capabilities, assess changes in the digital landscape, and identify emerging threats. You will establish a strategic roadmap for security improvements and the implementation of effective solutions.
- Develop and document security reference architectures, design patterns, roadmaps, and other architectural artifacts that align with established policies, standards, and industry best practices to enhance security capabilities and enforce Information Security controls in various projects and operations.
- Conduct benchmarking and select security products, deploying proofs of concept to determine new security capabilities for implementation.
- Engage in application and infrastructure projects to define security models and advocate for a security-by-design approach among project stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Operations, and Governance to ensure that implementations and operations adhere to security standards and best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity field.
Your Expertise:
- You possess over 3 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity and more than 5 years in IT, with a background as a Cybersecurity engineer and familiarity with various on-premises and cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 security toolsets.
- You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 security solutions and related topics.
- You hold relevant industry certifications for Microsoft 365 or similar credentials such as SANS/GIAC, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or have completed a degree in Computer Science.
- You have experience in project management and technology consulting.
- You possess advanced English communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and concisely to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and technical expertise.

- You enjoy collaborating with various teams and facilitating discussions to identify solutions that align with stakeholder expectations.
- You are analytical and approach tasks methodically.
