Position Overview
We are in search of a Client Advisor who will collaborate closely with the Store Manager as part of our vibrant team.
Your Role
Achieve sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service to guarantee satisfaction in accordance with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with company goals Employ effective sales strategies to enhance the store's business potential Foster teamwork by sharing insights and best practices Gather and maintain customer data for optimal use of CRM and Client Book Adhere to company policies and procedures Keep inventory information current and manage inter-store transfer requests Build and nurture customer relationships Provide outstanding customer service in line with brand expectationsCandidate Profile
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to adapt to diverse clientele Previous sales experience, preferably in the fashion and luxury sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven with a commercial mindset Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit Capable of multitasking and adapting to a dynamic environmentWhy Choose Us?
