Sommelier Assistant Trainee

El Sommelier Asistente es un miembro clave del equipo de servicio de alimentos y bebidas en el Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid. Esta posición requiere una excelente comprensión del concepto del establecimiento y las ofertas de alimentos y bebidas, así como la capacidad de explicar verbalmente estas ofertas a los clientes.
Funciones clave:
- Asistir al Jefe Sumiller y al resto del equipo en el restaurante.
- Garantizar que la mise-en-place se cumpla turno a turno y durante el servicio para brindar un servicio eficiente.
- Operar el sistema de punto de venta para procesar pedidos de alimentos y bebidas.
- Vender servicios y productos a los clientes, mejorando el servicio y generando mayores ingresos.
- Mantener todos los equipos y utensilios de salida en buenas condiciones.
- Ayudar a recoger todas las existencias requeridas y organizarlas en consecuencia.
- Cualquier otra tarea razonable que le asigne el gerente del restaurante.
- Crear momentos para sorprender y deleitar a los comensales en los Restaurantes a través de gestos y otras acciones.
- Tomar reservas con precisión y mantener un seguimiento de las preferencias de los huéspedes.
- Saludar y sentar a los invitados de acuerdo con los estándares de MO.
- Garantizar la satisfacción de los huéspedes.
- Manejo de solicitudes especiales de invitados y VIP.
- Despedir a los clientes.
- Anticiparse a las necesidades del cliente.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Excelente comprensión del concepto del establecimiento y las ofertas de alimentos y bebidas.
- Capacidad para explicar verbalmente las ofertas a los clientes.
- Capacidad para operar el sistema de punto de venta.
- Capacidad para vender servicios y productos a los clientes.
- Capacidad para mantener todos los equipos y utensilios de salida en buenas condiciones.
- Capacidad para ayudar a recoger todas las existencias requeridas y organizarlas en consecuencia.
