About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape for our regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and solve complex HR challenges.
  • Manage critical local responsibilities related to social affairs, work councils, and national unions.
  • Drive HR solutions that align with our global objectives while respecting local cultural and legislative nuances.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support business growth and performance reviews.
  • Manage employee departures with a focus on fairness and compliance.
  • Deploy Group HR processes locally, ensuring alignment with local legislation and cultural practices.
  • Participate in global HR projects with an international dimension, contributing to the Group's overall HR strategy.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, particularly in social affairs, work councils, and national unions within Spain.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to resolve complex HR issues.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting managers in developing their teams and navigating HR challenges.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage employee departures.
  • Ability to localize and implement global HR processes, ensuring alignment with local laws and cultural practices.
  • Experience in participating in global HR projects, with an understanding of international HR dynamics.
