Job Title: Onsite Sales Trainer

As an Onsite Sales Trainer with Pandora Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales performance of our teams across Western Europe. Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, you will join a dynamic training team that is dedicated to creating and delivering high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-the-field coaching and support to store staff to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance overall team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and District Sales Managers (DSMs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, including workshops, coaching sessions, and training on new products and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, visual merchandising, and operations departments to align training objectives with broader business goals.
  • Manage and coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in sales training and development, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and product knowledge.
What You Will Do:

You will spend 2-3 days per week in-store, providing coaching and mentoring to store staff. You will also conduct regular training sessions, including workshops, coaching sessions, and training on new products and sales strategies. Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.

You will work closely with the merchandising, marketing, visual merchandising, and operations departments to align training objectives with broader business goals. You will also manage and coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation.

You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. You will also lead training sessions, create and develop training content, and adapt global learning content for the local market.

You will work in tandem with DSMs to implement initiatives aimed at driving KPI improvement and enhancing overall team effectiveness. You will also collaborate closely with the merchandising, marketing, visual merchandising, and operations departments to align training objectives with broader business goals.

You will be responsible for creating training workshops, adapting global training content for the local market, and planning and managing the annual training calendar for your region. You will also lead training sessions, create and develop training content, and adapt global learning content for the local market.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. You will also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You will have strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and product knowledge.

You will be responsible for preparing training and logistics, following up on and analyzing training feedback from colleagues, and following up on the completion rate of online training. You will also accompany various teams in their training plans and accompany new joiners in their training for onboarding with Pandora.

You will meet changing deadlines and manage multiple projects with a high degree of responsibility and proactivity. You will have strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
