About the Role

As a Structural Heart Field Therapy Development Training and Education Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our TAVI therapy in Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing training and support to employees in need of product, procedural, or sales training to drive business growth in Western Europe.
  • Analyze clinical papers and create educational content to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, including classroom, virtual, and in-country training.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement quality initiatives and promote positive procedure outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of product and procedural training curriculum across Western Europe.
  • Provide cross-functional representation and support to Physician Education, Sales, and Marketing Departments.
